AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES

REFUND POLICY
Searching The U.S. Will Registry database does not guarantee a registration will be found. Therefore, once a search for a missing will is completed, there are no refunds granted.
The U.S. Will Registry is not liable for your or any third parties fraudulent use of your identity(ies).
If The U.S. Will Registry becomes aware that any unauthorized access of the Hosted Service has occurred or may occur, The U.S. Will Registry may deactivate your account. The U.S. Will Registry will make a good faith effort to promptly notify you through the email provided in your account. The U.S. Will Registry will then take the appropriate steps necessary to reduce any further unauthorized risk to your account. Restoration of your online service account will be reactivated once the members privacy and security are secured.
The U.S. Will Registry shall not be liable to you where you are unable to access the Hosted Service, or otherwise use the Hosted Service for reasons related to internet connectivity and/or telecommunications.
